Meet the Team
Nyaradzo Nyabunze has over 15 years of experience in the mineral processing and extractive metallurgy industry as a metallurgist. She has a keen interest in mineral resource development and metal/commodity strategy. Her role encompasses mine development, community engagement at both advisory and partnership level, environmental management, and QA/QC management. She has an extensive database with an exclusive support network system within the industry.
She is purpose driven, believing in the fulfillment of purpose before profit. She is a follower of Jesus Christ and is driven by her faith.
Cherubim Mugodi
Technical Director
Cherubim Mugodi holds a diploma in Mine Ventilation and Environmental Engineering and a Mining Environmental Control Practical Certificate. She is driven by a deep passion for the safety of the mine workforce and environmental stewardship, aiming to foster consciousness and active participation in environmental care. Having worked at Ayrshire Gold Mine her hands-on experience has equipped her with practical skills and expertise in conducting comprehensive ventilation surveys, performing detailed inspections, and developing effective ventilation plans.
She is dedicated to fostering and maintaining a safe working environment while consistently upholding the sustainability of mining operations.
